Hi! I’m Dr. Meg Christensen, a licensed naturopathic physician with a background in biochemistry, epidemiology, and clinical research. My training gave me an inside view of both holistic health and conventional science, and I bridge the two with understanding instead of polarization. I founded Interior Medicine in 2021 to offer an evidence-based middle ground and a working answer to the fact that “non-toxic” has no definition. In its place, I apply a consistent method based on materials, ingredients, and third-party certifications, and I always think informed choices matter more than a perfect home.
