Affiliate Partnerships: I accept affiliate partnerships with brands that align with Interior Medicine's values. Perfectly healthy is not a prerequisite, but transparency and earnest steps in a healthier direction are. Details on how affiliate relationships work editorially are on the Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Policy pages. I have active profiles in most affiliate platforms under the account name Interior Medicine. Conversion rates are high, and analytics show roughly 50% of monthly unique visitors are direct traffic, which reflects audience trust and the long-term reader relationships I prioritize.
Social Media: I'm not currently promoting specific products or brands on social channels. My focus is on how to make decisions, analyze risk, and see through healthwashing. I'll update this if it changes.

Corrections and Reasoned Disagreements
The rating scales and material guidance on this site are open to scrutiny. None of it is proprietary, and the reasoning behind every placement is laid out on the corresponding Material Guide. Two kinds of feedback are especially welcome:
Corrections. Factual errors, updated evidence, citations that don't support the claim, or product descriptions that no longer match what the brand is selling. I make mistakes and brands change materials and sourcing without notice, and I can't catch every change in real time.
Reasoned disagreement. For the material guides, rating tiers involve judgment calls about how to weigh certifications, ingredients, and tradeoffs. Where the evidence is still developing, I lean precautionary. Where it's settled, I try to say so plainly. Reasonable people could weight these inputs differently, and if you would, I want to hear it. It's how the scales get stress-tested.
